We seek contributions to help us offer not just praise but also practical rewards that reinforce these positive changes. When you donate, you’re not just applauding their present accomplishments; you’re helping to sculpt responsible, compassionate citizens who will lead our community into a brighter future.
Below are two key forms: The “Nomination Form” is for submitting your chosen nominee. If your nominee is selected, you will need to complete the “Winner’s Information Form” to provide essential details for the ceremony.
Nominations will open on Monday, March 28, 2025, and will close on Monday, April 21, 2025.
